Return Policy
Our goods are shipped on duty free tax. The costumer must know the law for tobacco
import and the restrictions or tax that can be applied on the orders.
Any orders already shipped, that have been cancelled or returned directly from customs or refused by the costumer for skip tax payment, will be charged the costs of $ 13.00 (shipping $5.00 and handling $ 3.00) per refused parcel. A credit will be issued to the costumer account once the parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 90 days depending on your location.)
If you refuse a parcel you must immediately notify to info@onlysmoke.com all details (order number, description of the goods refused) and motivation.
A ticket will be opened and an arrangement will be found for the satisfaction of both parts.
